Hi I'm Brett

I help companies make large-scale changes (change management). I speak German. And I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a father of three incredible boys who have a very good-looking mom (my wife). I am a change management consultant with a degree in organizational psychology. I speak German. I am an avid soccer fan and love to play. I like to watch college sports; read books related to business, leadership, psychology and religion; try out new foods and restaurants; travel to new places; and visit with longtime friends.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised in the Church by great parents who taught me well and loved me. While in high school, I realized that I was approaching life beyond high school and had to become more independent. After conversations with my parents, I listened to their counsel to attend a university where I could continue to be spiritually and intellectually educated by value-centered teachers. At the same time, my spiritual hero, my brother, found an opportunity for me to work with youth. Both of these decisions and the experiences that came as a result of these decisions helped me discover who I am, what I value and what I believe - that I am a child of God with great potential, that there is a Savior who understands every experience and emotion that I have and that my Father in Heaven has a place for me in Heaven where I can be with my family forever as I dedicate my life to good.

How I live my faith

I communicate with my Father in Heaven daily, study His words in scripture and help and serve people. I read and talk about stories of Jesus and prophets with my family. I work hard to take care of my body by exercising, eating good food and abstaining from alcohol and drugs.
