Hi I'm Kim C.

I'm an active member of the LDS church. I love my membership in the church.

About Me

I've been married over 30 years, we have two wonderful daughters and have three amazing grandchildren. I have an identical twin and younger brother. I'm a very professional amateur photographer. I work for an estate sale company, helping families ready their homes for the next steps/phases in their lives. I love meeting new people. I feel you can never have enough friends in your life! I've been blessed with so many special people in my life and never want to know my life without them. I've been a member of the church all of my life. I seriously do not know where I would be without the church in my life. It has been a constant in my life and has strengthened me in ways that I never imagined.

Why I am a Mormon

Being a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is an unbelievable blessing. I love this church for so many reasons but mainly because of the focus they put on family. Family is so important to me and knowing that I have the opportunity to be with my family for time and all eternity is so comforting. I love the standards of the church. Even if I wasn't a member, I feel that I would follow the direction of not smoking or drinking. I am thankful for the guidance of our church leaders that help me to follow the gospel. I know that they are there for us to be good influences on those that we come in contact with in our lives. The gospel is true. I feel this to be true with all of my heart. I know that Joseph Smith was a true prophet of God and that Thomas S. Monson is a prophet today on earth. I'm thankful for my relationship with my Heavenly Father. I know He is with me each day.

How I live my faith

I am fortunate enough to visit with some wonderful ladies in the church. We are assigned different sisters from our congregation to visit monthly, to check on their needs, to be a shoulder to them and to just be their friend. I love the sisters that I visit. I have worked with the geneology program. What a fantastic program that is. I have been blessed with finding family members that no one had been able to find before. I love that our church puts some empathis on geneology. The resources to use are simple and rewarding.
