Hi I'm Jix

Married and happy for time and for all eternity!

About Me

I am a call center agent at the time and has been employed in the industry for since September of 2007. I love to read good books and also the scriptures. I play the piano at Church and also sing with the choir. I serve in the Church and also do so with my wife. I have been married since July of 2006, staying stronger everyday along with the Lord as the center of our divine union. Stopped studying for the meantime to sustain the family and having my wife getting prepared for our 1st baby.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been a member of the Church since my parents have been, since I was little. As a child, I have lived with the programs and the activities until I have grown older. I was able to feel the change in my life when I was able to have the opportunity of serving the Lord as a full-time missionary. I was able to know that the Church is true as I have seen the restored gospel unfolded in the lives of the people I have taught it to. And as I have seen it in them, it has been manifested to me by the Holy Ghost that the things I have been teaching are true. Now, I am serving faithfully in my ward alongside my eternal companion since 2006.

How I live my faith

In our ward, I serve as a teacher for Sunday School. I teach the doctrine of Christ and how it should influence the lives of the people as it is taught to them. I love this calling because I learn as they learn from me. It has always been a pleasure for me in seeing the lives of the saints get better as they apply what the learn in what the gospel teaches them. I also serve as the Sunday School President. Meaning, I lead a group of Sunday School Teachers and facilitate them in making sure that the gospel is taught in correctness and pureness. I make sure that what they teach to the members and even non-members alike are edifying, encouraging, and life-changing.

What do Mormons believe about family?

That families can be together forever through the blessings of the restored gospel of Jesus Christ. That family relationships can be perpetuated beyond the grave as they are sealed by the power of the Priesthood. That it is the family where the greatest of joys can be felt here and on the afterlife. Show more Show less
