Hi I'm Connor

I was born in New York and grew up in Maryland. I am a college student and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a husband to the most wonderful girl alive. I am an aspiring Physician's Assistant. I am a sailor in a landlocked state.

Why I am a Mormon

I cannot foresee the future nor do I understand all the things that happen in this world, but being a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has helped me throughout my life. Several weeks ago my grandfather passed away. He died of Pancreatic Cancer which took his life very quickly. My grandfather lived a wonderful life, full of service, love, and happiness. He passed away with his children and grandchildren around his bedside. His funeral service was beautiful, hundreds of members of the LDS faith came to say farewell. I felt my Savior’s love and a testimony of eternal life as I mourned my grandfather’s passing. I love my grandfather dearly and am sad that I cannot talk to him today but I am thankful for the knowledge and hope that I will see him again someday. Two weeks after my grandfather’s passing my wife’s sister committed suicide. We traveled to California to attend the funeral and be with family. The funeral was different in many ways from my grandfather’s. Instead of a large ceremony with church leaders as speakers, family members and friends united and shared thoughts. In this hard time, I felt the same feeling of love and comfort and again felt reassured that life continues after this life. I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints because I find happiness after any sorrow and I find hope in any trial through my Savior, Jesus Christ.

How I live my faith

I teach 4 year olds in Primary with my wife. I attend church every Sunday, pray daily, and try to know my neighbors.
