Hi I'm Isaac

I grew up in Mexico. I teach math and science to bilingual students. I'm a husband and a father. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a young husband and father of two boys. Coin collecting and drawing are my hobbies. I obtained a degree in architecture, but realize teaching was what I was passionate about. I teach elementary Math and Science. My life has been a success as I have placed my priorities on God and my family.

Why I am a Mormon

My parents became members of the Church a couple of years before I was born. Growing up in the church here and there I determined I need it to know why I was following these believes and not others. I prayed by my bedside and asked God to clear my mind and understanding. I read the Book of Mormon and asked if it was right. As I prayed and continued to study the teachings of the restored gospel of Jesus Christ, I felt peace and a feeling of "this totally makes sense." As I have continually searched for answers the Gospel of Jesus Christ has helped me find it. Most importantly I have felt the Spirit confirm that it is true.

How I live my faith

Teaching doesn't stop at school. As the High Priest Group leader in our ward, I have multiple opportunities to teach people in various aspects of life, but specially in helping us get closer to Christ. I also have responsibilities with the young children where I can utilize my academic experience and techniques to teach children. It's amazing how teaching actually started at church. I am a Boy Scouts of America troop leader who participates and motivate the youth to make good decisions and have fun with clean and safe activities.
