Hi I'm Arielle Nicole
I am a daughter of God. I love to smile. I want to travel the world, and I'm a Mormon.
I'm originally from Georgia where I grew up with a loving and eternal family. I was adopted at the age of two and through special ordinances and blessings in the Temple, I was sealed to my parents for all time and eternity as their daughter. I love to play my yellow ukulele. I love to sing and share the talent my Father in Heaven gave me. I am majoring in Behavioral Science with an emphasis in Family Relations, and hope to use the knowledge I gain to help those around me. I love creating, journaling, blogging, and learning about those around me. I enjoy reading good books and discovering new ideas. I believe in setting goals and working towards them. Follow your dreams!
Why I am a Mormon
My parents were both converts to the gospel. My Mother at the age of 18 and my Father at 21. I have been a Mormon my entire life. There was a point where I wasn't completely sure if this was the true Church, and if it was where I belonged. I prayed and studied my scriptures and the peace I felt when doing that was confirmation that it was right. During my teenage years I encountered trials which shook my faith but I always came back to the truth. I feel it in my heart, my mind, and my whole soul. His love and teachings overwhelm me. There is no doubt that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is the restored gospel on this earth today. I know that Heavenly Father is my Father. I know that I am a true daughter of God. I know that His Son Jesus Christ came to this earth and suffered in Gethsemane for me and for all of us. I know that He was resurrected and that we can all live with our Heavenly Father again. I know that their love for me is infinite. He knows me personally and gives me guidance daily. I am so grateful for the fullness of this Gospel. There is no where else that I can go to learn and to know of fullness of our Heavenly Fathers plan for me. I know that Thomas S. Monson is our Prophet today just like the days of old. I know that he is an instrument in the hands of the Lord. I believe that the Book of Mormon is another testament of Jesus Christ, and I believe that any who read it with pure intent and ask with all of their heart that they will also know the truthfulness of it.
How I live my faith
I live my faith daily by trying to become more like my Savior. I volunteer at a Hospice and a Center for children with special needs. Both places have a special place in my heart. I choose to volunteer because I know that when you are in the service of your fellow beings you are in the service of your God, and of course I want to serve Him! I live up to the morals I have been taught and believe in fully. I live my faith by being an example to others and trying to show kindness and love to others as my Heavenly Father and my Savior do to me.
