Hi I'm Randall Dennis

I'm a Mormon. I grew up in Idaho, in the United States. I'm a husband, father and aspiring writer.

About Me

I'm a husband, father of five, and a full-time provider. I love to be with my wife and children. I also enjoy writing stories and writing songs. Another passion I have is speaking out for the Constitution of the United States. I believe it was inspired of God. I believe that the only way to protect it is to be informed and to help others to be informed about the great freedoms our Founding fathers gave to us.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I grew up in the church. I can't remember a time when I didn't know it was God's true church. The church has always been a strength and a blessing to my life. I choose to live Christ's teachings as they are taught in the church because I know that the Gospel Principles which are taught are true. I know this through prayer, and through the feelings of the Holy Spirit that help me to recognize when something is of God. I love the Gospel of Jesus Christ. The true principles contained in the Gospel are the only means for us to obtain happiness in this life and eternal joy in the life to come. I love the Book of Mormon. It is the word of God, as is the Holy Bible. It has been my strength and comfort through the stormy seas of life. I invite everyone who comes in contact with the Book of Mormon, to read it, ponder on what you are reading, and then ask of God to know the truthfulness of it. If you do so with a sincere heart, God will hear and answer your prayer and let you know it is true.

How I live my faith

I simply try to be a good Christian, every day. I'm not perfect, and I make mistakes, but I keep trying. I believe in doing my best to be an example of the believers. I put that into practice by doing my hometeaching every month, which means I go and visit assigned families or individuals and share a gospel message with them. I also make sure I understand their needs and if there is anything I can do to help them I do my best to do it.
