Hi I'm Tim

I'm a Mormon. I grew up in Canada.

About Me

I am a runner and have a great interest in photography. I am a Father and a Grandfather. I am a retired policeman.

Why I am a Mormon

I became a Mormon when I was 42 years old. My wife invited the missionaries over so she could here the discussions. At that time I was not really interested until I started to overhear what the missionaries were teaching my wife about the plan of Salvation. As soon as I heard some of these what I call truths I immediatley began taking the discussions also. After hearing the discussions I knew right then an there that this was the true gospel on the earth today. I just had a peaceful feeling in my heart that I knew the gospel was true. I have a very strong Testimoney that Jesus Christ lives and that he came to this earth to minister to us and to suffer and die for our sins and afflictions. And because he was resurrected I will have immortality and will have the opportunity to have eternal life if I just obey the commanadments of God. I love the gospel and the fact that we have a living prophet on the earth today to guide us through these wicked times that we live in. I love the Temple and the covenants I have taken out within those walls, covenants I have made with my Heavenly Father. I am grateful for the gift of the Holy Ghost which I received when I was baptized and confirmed a member of the church. I know that if I live rightously I can receive inspiration and guidence from the Hole Ghost throughout my life in mortality.

How I live my faith

I home teach members of my ward and visit them with a companion at least once monthly. We support the ill and the lonely we have in our stewardship. I serve in the Temple and assist patrons who attend.
