Hi I'm Aaron Mark

I'm a Mormon, and I love life!

About Me

Right now I am a college student studying Business and Accounting. I, like everyone else, want to make a difference in other people's lives. I enjoy working with other people, my favorite part is the celebrating after accomplishing a difficult task. I love to play sports, especially tennis. My families hobbies are working on cars and going to the lake.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because of my answered prayers. I was 16 when I first truly prayed about Joseph Smith. I was alone in a dorm room at a youth camp. I wanted to know for myself if what I was following was the truth. As I prayed it was as if a warm blanket was wrapped around me, as if God was right next to me giving me the biggest hug. I was most worried about if I would have the strength to follow everything that would be expected of me now that I knew. It was as if he was giving me confirmation that I could do it! I have never seen God face to face in this life, but I feel his presence as I read the Book of Mormon or I pray about if Joseph Smith was a true prophet. I feel happy when I work hard to be a better person. I enjoy following the teachings of Christ as taught by prophets in the scriptures and today. Sure, it is not always the easiest thing, but I know it is best for me. When I am doing my best, I am happy no matter what happens to me because I have the most important things on my highest priorities list.

How I live my faith

I live my faith first by understanding who I am. As I realize more and more that I am a child of God, I know that I can do a little better each day. Christ's sacrifice for us gives me motivation to try my best to make him proud of me. I know that living a faithful life is worth it!
