Hi I'm Andres

I'm a proud member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

About Me

I was born in Colombia and met the church back in 1986. I joined the church in 1987 after spending some time studying with the missionaries. I served a mission in Colombia in the early 90's and I really enjoyed it. I am happily married with two children and love to share the news of this Gospel as restored back in the ealy 1800's the prophet Joseph Smith.

Why I am a Mormon

I firmly believe that Christ is our Savior and that He chose Joseph Smith Jr as the prophet to restore His Church back on the earth. That testimony, born of the Holy Spirit to me, has helped me on the path of discipleship as I overcome my weaknesses and become a stronger man of Christ. The gospel of Christ has been a tremendous source of happiness for me and my family. Hope you take the time to truly investigate our message to the world.

How I live my faith

My faith is a part of everyday life. From the time I wake up I am drawn to talk to my Father in Heaven, have a quick inspirational thought with my wife and children before we go to school or work; it shapes my focus and determination to do my very best at work; to have hope that things will work out the best possible; it forms a foundation for my decisions -- whether work, family, economy, etc. It helps me to make any efforts to help others, to forgive and forget. It gives me energy and desire to always do my very best effort. It is a great source of happiness in my life.
