Hi I'm Nathan

My work is helping people and organizations improve. I'm a husband and father. My favorite food is cheese. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I've lived in Hong Kong and Kenya. I've had the blessing of being able to travel to some pretty amazing places around the world, including Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Mexico, Ghana, Nigeria, Angola, South Africa, Turkey, and Malaysia. The best part of going to so many places is meeting incredible people along the way. My work entails improving performance of people and organizations. I like figuring out how to make things run better. And, I love surrounding myself by driven people who want to succeed. Most importantly, though, I'm a husband and father. None of the experiences I've had or the people I've met can compare to the blessings I've enjoyed because of my family.

Why I am a Mormon

The gospel of Jesus Christ is about improving each day. It's about progress, not perfection. I'm a Mormon because I'm not perfect. But, it provides me the understanding of what I can do everyday to become better and help those around me. I live my faith and, as a result, I'm happy and have peace in my life. I'm blessed to be a Mormon because those in generations ahead of me accepted and taught the gospel to their children. I'm doing the same with my family. The gospel is about unconditional love, forgiveness, service, and being together forever with our families. This is the most firm foundation on which to build a family and I desire my own children to experience the same joy in the gospel that I--and those who have come before me--have.

How I live my faith

My faith guides how I live everyday. I attend church on Sunday because it makes me better. It inspires, energizes, and rejuvenates me. Worshiping together with those in my community strengthens me and reminds me that we are all Children of God. Every tough decision I've made in my life has been through consulting with Heavenly Father. I'm grateful to know that He hears and answers my prayers. If I seek out guidance from God, I will get answers. Life isn't easy for anybody. But my faith helps me get through everyday, the hard days and the good days.
