Hi I'm Kailani

About Me

I'm a wife and a mother of 5, 3 girls and 2 boys. I'm a stay at home mom and while it can be challenging, I can't see doing anything else right now. I enjoy the ocean and the outdoors especially with my family. I love to learn new things, about health and wellness, diy, cooking, and gardening. I will always be a student, unofficially.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because it gives me hope. I was taught by my parents from the time I was born that this life is just the beginning. If I am faithful there is joy in this life and so much more in the life to come. I can live with my family forever. I can have peace when things aren't so peaceful. I have a Heavenly Father who loves me more than I can know and wants the best for me. I have a Savior who atoned for my sins and died for me to make this all possible. I know this all to be true because of the warm feeling in my heart and the whisperings of the spirit telling me that it is.

How I live my faith

I'm trying to follow the Savior's example and love as He did. I do my best to teach my kids to do the same. I'm currently serving as a teacher for the 14 and 15 year old girls at church. I'm a visiting teacher. This means that I visit the four ladies in my ward that I was assigned to and fellowship and serve them as they need it. This may be with a phone call to cheer someone up, dinner when they are sick, or a spiritual thought.

How can we increase our faith in Jesus Christ?

We can increase our faith in Jesus Christ by keeping His commandments, doing what He asked us to do. By doing this we'll see the promised blessings come. When we see the Lord keeping His promises, our faith will increase and our testimony will grow. Show more Show less
