Hi I'm Daniel

I live in Arizona, I have a wonderful family that I am blessed every day to have time to spend with them, and I am a mormon.

About Me

I grew up in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. My mother became a member when I was 2 yrs old. Since my marriage to my wonderful wife, the teachings of the church have blessed my life greatly. I would not be who I am today with out them.

Why I am a Mormon

I have gained testimony of this being the true gospel of Jesus Christ and The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints being the restored church of Jesus Christ today. I know that we have a living prophet today, and I have a testimony of the Melchezidek Priesthood having been restored and God's authority has once again been given to man to act in His name.

How I live my faith

My current callings are Second Counselor in the Bishopric & BSA Advancement Committee Chairman & District Eagle Specialist/Certifier. I love working with the boy scouts in Troop 946 in the Grand Canyon Council. I also enjoy working members from our ward and having the opportunity to teach them and learn from them.

What is a “testimony” that Mormons speak of?

A testimony is an individual's personal knowledge of things within the gospel of Jesus Christ that they know to be true because they have had the Spirit of God (Holy Ghost) give them a personal witness of those things that they testify of. Show more Show less

What do Mormons believe about the nature of God?

We believe that God is our literal Father in Heaven, and that he wants all his children (us) to return to him to partake of eternal life. We also believe that God the Father, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Ghost are 3 seperate and distingt beings and together they are the God Head, and are united in one purpose. Show more Show less
