Hi I'm Matthew

I like my home town Boston teams, playing floor hockey, exploring the local trails. I'm a project manager. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am the seventh of eight children. I am married with three children. I have lived in Massachusetts, Utah, Colorado and Washington. I enjoy watching movies and playing games with my family and friends. When I can get a group together I love playing floor hockey in the church gym. My wife and I have picked up running and biking in the past couple years.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born after my parents converted to the church. I always knew I needed to gain my own conversion to the gospel. That happened for me while training to be a missionary. I needed to know if this gospel was the true gospel, so I could tell others it was true. When I asked my Heavenly Father if it was true I felt the strongest feeling I have ever felt inside. This let me know The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day saints is true.

How I live my faith

I serve in the ward mission. I enjoy working with all the people I come in contact with. Missionary work is a challenge. Trying to keep schedules aligned and making sure needs are met is not always easy. I enjoy visiting with families in their homes. I enjoy game nights with different families and couples. Watching someone join the church is very enjoyable and a great way to feel the spirit. It is fun to be able to help someone understand what they have committed to and for me to remember my commitments to the Lord.
