Hi I'm Hernández

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a wife and mom of 7 kids. I enjoy cooking, oil painting , and running. I served a mission to Argentina and love to try new foods.

Why I am a Mormon

I have chosen to follow the teachings of Christ because of the joy it has brought me. This Church has helped me become a better individual, wife and mother. I read the Book of Mormon when I was 10, I prayed and the sweet, peaceful feeling of the Spirit witnessed to me that this book was from God. I have found great joy in sharing with others the reason for my happiness which comes from living His teachings.

How I live my faith

I teach sunday school to the 13 year olds. I try to live my faith in everything I do. When people ask me why I have so many kids I love to tell them that family is really important to me. That this church has helped me learn how to be a better mom, by making Christ the center of our home.

Why was a Restoration of the Gospel needed? Haven't we always had the Bible?

A Restoration of the Gospel was needed because after Christ's and His apostles death the authority or priesthood was taken from the earth. The Bible tells us how Christ organized His church. He had apostles and prophets and they acted in His name. That same authority or priesthood needed to be restored in these latter-days so that we could enjoy the blessings that come from being a member of His church. Show more Show less
