Hi I'm Cindy

I was born in Texas. I love sushi. I love to dance. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I live in South Florida with my husband and our little zoo of three dogs, one cat, one lizard and two small parrots. I am the director of human resources for a small software company. I love tech gadgets, digital scrapbooking and photography.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I believe that we have a Prophet on the earth today who leads and directs the church. I believe both The Book of Mormon and The Bible to believe the word of God. I believe that Christ lives, that He loves us and that he made it possible for us to return to live with Him someday. And I am grateful for a Church that teaches that marriages don't end when we die.

How I live my faith

I live my faith be teaching the little children at church. This year, I am going to work with the five year olds and I am so excited. I love the excitement on their faces and their innocence. I also live my faith by visiting other women in the ward and making sure they are okay and sharing Christ's teachings with them on a monthly basis.

What do Mormons believe about the Bible? Do they regard it as Holy Scripture and the word of God?

Mormons believe the Bible to be the word of God. We do consider it to be Holy Scripture. It has been translated a variety of times, so it is not a perfect book, but it is Scripture. Show more Show less
