Hi I'm Jared Nathan Lee

I'm a Mormon and I know Jesus Christ was our Savior. Do you?

About Me

A husband, a father, a son, a son of God.

Why I am a Mormon

Because I know that Jesus Christ died for me, and I can bear personal witness that his atonement was infinite and eternal. That each of us can nowise enter the kingdom of our Heavenly Father through no other means. I know that God loved us so much he sent his only begotten son, so that we could return to him. And I know that a great mediator, a loving Heavenly Father, would provide a way that our family relationships maybe eternal.

How I live my faith

I live my faith through my example. I am far from perfect (Just ask my wife), but I am striving to do my best.

Can a husband and wife be together forever? Do Mormons believe that families will live together in heaven?

Jared Nathan Lee
Absolutely. Why would a loving God send us spouses and children, just to take them away. To have such Joy, just to have it shattered with the grip of death. No, our Father in Heaven loves us. He would provide a way, if we are worthy, to have our family relationships extend into the eternities, where even greater joy maybe found. It makes sense, because it is True. Pray for the knowledge, test my words, and you will find a peace, a faith, and a hope that not even death can take from you. I bear this witness in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen. What is a ward/stake/branch?

Jared Nathan Lee
Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner ;-). These represent our local organizations through out the world. That said the most important organization is that of the Family. Mother, Father, son and daughter each play a very important role in the Lord's kingdom. The local ward or branch are organized of volunteers to support the families of that local congregation. The organization of the ward including it's leader, a bishop for a ward or branch president for a branch, are all volunteers, each trying to do their best to support one another. Just as people are not perfect, neither are wards or branches, but they strive to serve one another and to put selfish desires aside to serve one another. In this way, in purpose, they strive for perfection, just as each of us try to do. A stake is an organization of wards and branches. Again all of the Stake clergy are volunteers. What many people don't know is that the Stake President is the President of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints within that geographic area. It's not to say they get to make "executive orders" and everyone follows. In fact that is not the model of church leadership at all. Church leadership follows the pattern of Saviors life. They are servant leaders, they lead by and through service to the members. Decisions, when they need to be made, are made out of love for that individual, family, ward/branch, or stake.
