Hi I'm Mark

I grew up in Shelley, Idaho on a small farm. I enjoy hiking and seeing the beauties of the earth and I am a Mormon.

About Me

I have a wonderful wife and six terrific children. My dad always said that he bought a farm to raise four boys. I have 5 sons and a beautiful daughter. I am grateful for the opportunity that I have to be a dad. I hope that I can be as great as my dad in raising children who love the Lord.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know that God speaks to his children here on the Earth today. I have prayed many times and have felt the influence of Holy Spirit in my life. I just read from the gospel of John chapter 14 and 16. I am grateful for the Comforter.

How I live my faith

I currently have the opportunity to help others within my church. I love the people that I associate and the opportunity to help others. The Lord shows his tender mercies to his children as I see His children dealing with financial difficulties, mourning the loss of a loved one, or struggling to be a good parent. The Lord is there if will seek Him and knock.

What do Mormons believe about the Holy Ghost? Who is the Holy Ghost?

The Holy Ghost is the third member of the Godhead. In John chapter 14 and 16 we are taught that as Jesus went away, He said that He would send the Comforter or Holy Ghost. The Holy Ghost comforts us and testifies to us of divine truths. Revelation from our Heavenly Father comes through the Holy Ghost to man today. The heavens are open and God still speaks to man today through this member of the Godhead. Show more Show less
