Hi I'm Fenton

I grew up skiing in the Rocky Mountains. I speak Polish. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to ski especially when the snow is deep and the scenery is beautiful. I've lived in Germany, Israel, Poland, and the US--the place I call home. Right now I'm a student, studying advertising and history. I love architecture and design; I believe these things can have a great positive impact on people. Most importantly, I am a son and a brother; I love my family and hope to have my own some day.

Why I am a Mormon

Membership in Church of Jesus Christ has changed my life completely. It's given me thousands of blessings I thought I would never deserve. I'm a person who likes to do stuff, and I'm involved in a lot of programs and causes. For each program or cause I involve myself in whether it's academic, social, athletic, or community-based there's always something asked of me--but I invest my time and effort in a given cause because of what is offered in return. (I put in the hours of practice on the tennis court because I believed the improvement to my game would be worth it as I played on our school team.) The Church has been different from all these good causes because the effort and time I invest in living the gospel of Jesus Christ bring have given me more in return than anything else I could ever imagine. The blessings have exceeding my efforts 1000 times over. I have experienced God's help in every aspect of my life because I've lived according to the principles taught in the Church. I know I have found truth. And I am grateful to know we have a inspired leaders who truly guide and teach the things I need to be happy. I've never felt anything like the happiness and peace I feel here; and there is nothing that has helped me grow so much.

How I live my faith

I just moved to a new area and have started meeting the fellow members of my new congregation. I've enjoyed getting to know people and making new friends. I serve as a ward missionary, which means I get to teach interested people from my neighborhood about the Church. It's a joy to be able to share what I'm passionate about with friends.
