Hi I'm C. Larson

I'm a Mormon. Happy husband and father of two beautiful girls. I love spending time with my family, whenever possible.

About Me

As a medical student I have a busy schedule full of working at hospitals with patients and studying after hours, but regardless of the pressures of medical study I make time for my family. When possible I include my family in my favorite activities including the out doors, off-roading, shooting, movies. One of our favorite family activities is going on walks to the park, which of course include riding on the swings once we arrive. I am currently interviewing for residencies in anesthesiology around the country - where we will end up I am not sure and will not know until March. We shall see.

Why I am a Mormon

My faith and testimony/knowledge of Christ as my Savior came as a young man. The Holy Ghost has testified to me that Christ truly suffered for my sins, was crucified, and was resurrected - and that He did all of that for me and you because of His infinite love. The Book of Mormon helps me on a daily basis to feel closer to Christ and to better understand the Old and New Testament's teachings about God's plan for me and my family. I know the Book of Mormon is scripture, and because of that I also know Joseph Smith was a prophet called of God!

How I live my faith

Simply put I have to try every day to be like Christ in the way that I treat other people. I am a believer in living the word of Christ and not only reading it. I am also a big believer that the 10 Commandments are not merely 'the 10 suggestions'. Am I perfect at this, not even remotely, but that is why Christ came and died for me - and for me to be forgiven and counted worthy to live with Him all He asks of me is that I have Faith in Him, Repent, be baptized by the proper Priesthood authority, receive the Holy Ghost and follow his promptings while continuing to endure in mortality. In doing all of this I try to stand as a witness of Christ - in everything I think, say, and do. The harder I try the closer I feel to my Savior.
