About Me

I'm a motivational speaker and reading champion working in schools promoting the importance of reading, learning and showing courtesy and respect to others. I'm also a professional compere involved in entertainment events, TV, and radio. I have worked all over the world such as Monaco, Norway, Taiwan, Sweden, Scotland, Abu Dhabi, Germany, Ireland, and America, to name a few. I have been a patron for the charity When You Wish Upon A Star for 12 years. "As a family man, I understand the importance of educating and guiding young minds. The most rewarding thing in life is... to Live, to Love, to Learn and to leave a Legacy."

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up with just me and my mum in a Christian home. I knew I had a Heavenly Father who loved me and I understood the power of prayer. However I didn't become a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, until I met a senior missionary couple (Pauline and Lloyd.) After six months of genuine LOVE and KINDNESS from these two special people, I asked Lloyd to baptise me. There have been so many things that have happened in my life to let me know this church is true, being married to my wife who shares the same beliefs, my three beautiful children who are sealed to my wife and I for all eternity. I know this Gospel is true and sometimes we as man make mistakes but our Heavenly Father knows are weaknesses and will always be there for us, knowing that makes me want to be more Christlike and to share my testimony with my family, friends and anyone firstly by the way I try and live my life. Everyone on earth has a treasure that awaits them with this Gospel.

How I live my faith

Firstly I try to live my faith in my everyday life, simply trying my best to become Christlike. At church I have a calling or the responsibility to work with the young people in our ward. Every wednesday evening we have youth club, where we do different activities to help the young people learn new skills and let them develop ideas to do service in the community. The aim of this calling is to encourage the youth to have a voice and express themselves in a positive way and to challenge them to learn new things whilst still having fun.
