So I love the outdoors. I love to hike, camp, bike & river rafting. Anything to get me in the sun and see the world. I have had the most incredible experiences outdoors. I love firearms! As a youngster, I was trained by professional intructors weekly and quickly devolope the saftey and skills neccessary to handle them. I competed in 8 states. I have also earned the title of 'Handgun Combat Master' at the age of 15. Which the title only belongs to a handful of people in the world, including my father who helped me accomplish it. Education was a struggle for me. I did not go to public school for most of my years. Which allowed me to spend more time with my wonderfull family and have a flexible schedule to do the things I wanted. (and maybe a little too much time on those things.) I play the fantasy role playing game Dungeons & Dragons. I play video games religiously (no pun intended) and am very proud of my accomplishments in a make-believe fake world. I am awesome.
I love prayer. It has saved my life, my soul and my well being. It has given me comfort, guidance and strength. I have gone through many struggles in my life & I know without that communication with God- I would have never had been to overcome those struggles. I love Jesus Christ. I love the Temples I love the Scriptures. I love everything about Christ's Church. Now I didn't always 'love' these things. Infact love was a misunderstood word to me. Love is a feeling but it is also a choice. Like Faith. Faith is a feeling or a deep conviction of the truth of something unseen but it involves action and work. I wasn't always the best person. I had made alot of mistakes. In the past instead of choosing to love or to have faith, I chose the alternitives. Now I choose to love & to have faith. I can say it is better to love and to have faith. The alternitives are so unlasting and spoil to quickly. I was never happy until I chose to love and chose to have faith in Jesus Christ. The two were insepretable. The two are the key to my happiness.
I show my love for others. I just tell them. "Hey! _____ I love you!" I make things for them. I do their dishes or take out their trash. I let them know. I try my best to make people happier than they were before I met them. I believe that Jesus Christ would do that. I show my faith by being diligent in areas that God has asked me to do. Praying daily, constant study and pondering of the Scriptures, His commandments. There is so much to do. I try my best & I show God my love and faith for Him. As I show love for His children I also show my love for God.
