Hi I'm Kristoffer

About Me

I'm Kristoffer and I enjoy business and technology. I graduated high school with my associate's degree in science and started on my bachelor's degree in construction managment. The construction industry has always faciscanted me since I was child; I plan on getting my MBA and start building homes and commercial buildings. I love drawing house plans for homes and commercial buildings, it is amazing to see an idea turn into reality. I am into technology, I think the first computer I recieved was when I was 3 years old. It seems that I am the neighborhood PC repair. I like to travel and see the world, whether it be Washington D.C. or Switzerland, I enjoy it all. I like to see the cultures of differnet states and countries. I also enjoy skiing, biking, hiking, and hanging out with friends and family. I am currently serving a mission for the church in Seattle Washington, and I am very grateful for the opprotunity to serve.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in the church but did not gain my own testimony until I was around the age of 12 or 13. I went to church weekly and read the scriptures (including the Book of Mornon) but I did not have my own conviction (or testimony) of it's truth. I reached a point where I knew I missing something in my life. I decided to kneel down and pray to my Heavenly Father to know if what I was doing was right, if the church was true, and if Joesph Smith really did translate the Book of Mormon. As I prayed in faith, I recieved a warm, peaceful feeling that confimed the truth of this church and the role it plays in our eternal salvation. The holy ghost confirmed to me the truths of the Lord's work on the Earth today. Since this point, my faith in Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ continually grows and has blessed me in more ways than I can imagine. I know that this Church is the only true chruch on the Earth today. I know that Thomas S. Monson is a prohet (just like Moses and Abraham) and I know that Joesph Smith saw Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ and was called as a Prohet of God. Through his faith, he was able to restore God's true chruch and the Priesthood Authortity back to the Earth (which enables us to perform saving ordinaces such as Baptism). I have never seen God the Father or Jesus Christ on this Earth, but I testify that they are as real as the sun at noon day. I know through prayer and faith to our Heavenly Father he will confirm to you the truths of the Mormon Church and its key role in providng eternal life to the world.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by keeping the commandments of our loving Heavenly Father. Going to church, partaking of the scarment (and renewing our covenants from baptism) all have played a large role in being faithful. Daily prayer by myself and with my family has strengethed us and has helped us get through trials and adversity. As I read the Book of Mormon and other scriptures, questions I have regarding life and sitautions that I encounter are answered. As i keep my faith in Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ, he has helped me get through the difficult things in life. I know that I could not be where I am without our Loving Heavenly Father. I am so grateful for him and his beloved Son Jesus Christ who atoned for the sins of the world. As we exercise faith and repentence, we can become clean and live eternally with our families again.
