Hi I'm Jeff

About Me

I was born and raised in Idaho, so I am kind of a small town kind of person. I love anything that is active. My favorite sports are basketball and baseball, but I have played everything from frisbee golf to floorball. I have the most wonderful family in the world, and I love spending time with them, especially on family campouts.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I did what every person that belongs to this faith has done. I prayed to my Heavenly Father to know if the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints was true, and if the Book of Mormon was the word of God. God answered my prayer through the Holy Ghost, it didn't come in a title wave of revelation or realization that it was true, it took time but slowly and surely I came to know that it was Christ's only true Church on the earth today.

Personal Stories

Please explain the part prayer plays in your life?

Prayer in my life is a way to talk with Heavenly Father. I like to think of Prayer like a long distance telephone call, we just have to dial the number. When I pray I ask questions that I may have and I explain to him what is going on in my life. Prayer is a source of comfort for me and a way I can receive more knowledge from my Heavenly Father.

How I live my faith

I live my Faith by doing the little things every day of my life. It is the little things that you do that decide if you live what you believe. I don't do the things that my faith says not to do, and i do my best to follow the example that Jesus Christ set. I say my prayers every morning and every night, I study the scriptures that have been given us, I go to Church every Sunday, and I try to share this wonderful message of the Gospel.
