Justin: Mormon.

Hi I'm Justin

About Me

My life is simple and busy. Between spending time with my sweet wife and fun little guy, and keeping up on school work, there never seems to be very much extra time in the day. I am married and have a new two month old son who is a lot of fun. My wife and I sure love having him around. I am also a dental student in Canada right now, with about two years of my four year program completed. With our busy lives we still find time to have fun, cycle, which is one of my new favorite hobbies, and watch our favorite sports team the Calgary Flames!

Why I am a Mormon

I have always been a member of the LDS church. As I have grown up and been taught about the gospel of Jesus Christ, I have gained an understanding that it is the only path to true lasting happiness. I know that Christ lives today and has made it possible for us all to return to our Heavenly home. I also know that as my wife and I honor promises made when we were married that we can have a happy marriage and family in this life, and that we can be together forever. I am thankful for family, both immediate and extended in my life, and find my greatest joys there. I am so grateful to have this church in my life and cannot imagine what my life would be like without it, because it is such a central part of my life.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying to live the commandments and to love and serve others as I know the Savior would have me do. I currently have the chance to serve alongside young missionaries who are serving in the ward where I live. Often when missionaries meet and teach people about the gospel of Jesus Christ, they invite members nearby to come with them to meet those who they are teaching. I quite enjoy the opportunity to do this so that I can meet neighbors who are interested in learning more about the church. It gives me the chance to answer questions, share my experiences, and feel the Spirit of the message that the missionaries share. It also reminds me of the many wonderful experiences I had as I served a mission as a young man in Arizona.
