Hi I'm Todd Mattingley Fletcher.
I am a fourth generation member of the LDS church and during my life, I have fostered a love for and commitment to our Savior, Jesus Christ. I have a wonderful wife and four children - currently all under the age of 11. I went to an online school for my Bachelor's degree in Business and Information Systems. And now co-run a video production company. I enjoy running, photography, and most anything geekie . I traveled to Sweden for two years as a representative of my church - enjoying the love of teaching others about my faith, beliefs, and bring others closer to Christ.
Why I am a Mormon
From my earliest memories, a faith in Christ has been central to my family. As I matured, I have felt a powerful inner warmth from choosing a lifestyle that is centered on the teachings of Jesus Christ. There are many things in our lives that create a feeling of uncertainty. Times when we feel alone and helpless. The comfort and direction I gain from living the gospel and teachings of the LDS church are very powerful. They are the light and warmth I need to remain happy. I testify that I have felt the Spirit confirm to my soul the eternal truthfulness of this gospel, the Book of Mormon, the Bible, the life and work of Joseph Smith, and - most of all - that Jesus Christ is my Savior, the son of a caring and living God!
How I live my faith
I am currently responsible for overseeing the missionary efforts in my congregation (ward) and enjoy teaching others about the scriptures and doctrines of the church. This is one of my most favorite expressions of my faith. I have the opportunity to invite the spirit and discuss various topics in the scriptures. As a holder of the priesthood, I also have the opportunity to meet with various members of our congregation and offer any support they need. We discuss life's joys and trials, as well as spiritual topics that can strength the family.
